Randall Parks is the owner of Level One Designers. His background in both Real Estate and Construction is an asset to designing a custom home. Designing in and all over Texas for more than 35 years gives you the comfort that you will be hiring a very experienced design team.
Randall also has extended education in Interior Design which is very helpful for understanding space and flow.
